Hey, ive read alot about testosterone boosters and id like some input from people who use them.
Which one is the best and where can you buy them.
Ive read alot about ZMA and some others like T-bome and stuff.but im no expert on these thing and would like some input from other users.
If you use them and have had good results please tell me what youve used,were you got it, and how much it cost.Also state any side effects if there were any.

tribulus....I have used it off an on for the last 5 years with good sucess. I buy tribulus from a drug store. You dont need to buy a trib based, over priced, marketing hyped supplement from a fitness store.

I agree. Also magnesium combined with zinc such as ZMA can raise test levels.

Thanks for the input boys. I drink plent of green tea, and im going out tomorow (well i guess today lol) to buy the rest of the Five Gs, I dont no if it will efect testosterone but Im still going to try them out.

You can, but you will pay a fortune. In Canada it is sold in a number of drug stores (usually around the same area you find Ginko, Ginsing, etc...). I get a months supply for about $9-10. I go "on" for a month and "off" for 2-3 weeks. I am getting older and test levels are something I believe can be helped along with natural products.

Hmmm.You say 9$ from the drug store? when i go to the drug store all the supplements and vitamins are usually more expencive then the GNC.How much would you say the GNC charges
