You Mean you have eaten tinned sprouts, somehow I just cant see that, as I think they would end being just mush, but please show me I'm wrong.
Ok Found them myself, but prefer frozen.

Spinach - Wilted spinach salad: fry up some bacon and reserve the grease. Spinach, Red onion, Bacon, Fresh Mushrooms and Hard Boiled Eggs (do not let eggs touch mushrooms will turn them green). Place all in a bowl except eggs. Heat up bacon grease and when nice and hot add 1/4 cup sugar and red wine vinegar to the hot pan. Stir until sugar is dissolved and then pour hot dressing over the salad. Mix until all is well coated then add the eggs. Eat as soon as it is done. A family favorite - kids love it.

God, a little bowl of heaven on earth. Plus, anything that re-purposes bacon grease is a winner in my book. Definitely a mainstay in our house.Originally posted by TheZZWoman View PostSpinach - Wilted spinach salad: fry up some bacon and reserve the grease.
