Alright so I'm just starting PE, also i just started working out again. I was wondering if anyone has advice on when to work out (i do pushups situps and squats) in relation to doing my PE? Or any input on this topic at all. I tried searching for existing threads but had no luck.

hmm fair enough i just started JPs nintey day beginners routine afterward i did my regular routine of fourty pushups situps and squats followed by thirty of each and then twenty and then ten for a total of a hundred of each. noticed my penis was very small and contracted afterwards (but it always is after a workout) however it is relaxing now and returning to normal.

Think of it evolution wise. Does it make sense to have a dangling dick if you are working hard physically? Not long ago you could have been hunting down dinner or fighting with an animal or rival human. Under none of those conditions is it a good idea to have your dick big, hanging around for something to grab it, bite it or yank on it.
