Not all scotch whisky are good ( try some J&B and you Will know what im talking about that stuff tast like gazoline ) and if the weather is hot i loke to put an ice cub in my whisky, or a little bit of water to unlock the aromas ..

Party if your talking brewery's lots, I think there are 4 just in Suffolk one is just a small one serving only pubs around that area, but he makes some very tasty beers, see a small brewer can do that, Cornwall has 3 or 4.

But things are turning back, as a lot of the big brewery's brought up the smaller ones and shut them down, so lots of very good beers went with that, but now the smaller ones are coming back with some very good beers.
