    Bourbon.
    Neat.
    In a chilled glass.

I would be single malt scotch, neat, in a chilled glass.

Scotch because of the depth of complexity that has to be appreciated over time.

A good single malt aught to be drank either on the rocks or with a little splash of water. It unlocks the complex flavors that aren't separated for the palate when Drank neat.

I'd be one of the longer aged bourbons bottled at cask strength. Very few folks can handle me Unfiltered neat

It's rare that I find myself in the mood for scotch and when I do its generally blended scotch, that IL drink neat. But single malts especially heavily peated single malts tend to taste better to me with a little water at room temp. Lightly peated I like on the rocks.

              Cherry brandy.

              Fruity with a kick.

Wiskey and coke. Sweet, but a lill rough around the edges.

Me, Rye neat room temp, smooth and easy with a kick that lingers, keeps you coming back.

Her, overly sweet wine, fun and flavorful, can't get enough, but leaves you with a headache in the morning lol.

I'm gonna say a dirty Martini - nice and polished, goes down smoothly but as a home improvement contractor, I come home a little dirty at the end of the day.

For her - Southern Comfort on the rocks. Sweet, polished and easy to take - comforting to come home to at the end of the day.

For me, I was going to say a Southern Comfort Manhattan up with a splash of cherry juice and 3 maraschino cherries. Hits you hard from the first sip and has a nice kick but leaves you with an incredibly sweetness in the end.

For him, I have to agree. Dirty Gin martini up with blue cheese stuffed olives (3). Handsome drink to look at, all clear in the sparking stemmed glass and starts out smooth at first sip, then you get that taste of briny blue cheese flavor as a back note and you either love it or hate it but it is an honest straight forward smack of flavor. I personally love it!

I toast my shot of scotch to you and TheZZMan, you both are like two good things in life that compliment each other. It's nice to see a couple that knows and understands each other to the extent you both do. Gives the rest of us guys something to live for or at least dream about .
