Definitely losing the "bald" battle, it happens to the best of us. Too late for that.

There are always wigs, I would basically recommend Dutasteride+hella Minoxidil or nothing, transplants costs so damn much and is not enough so basically that's the only viable option.

It has been debunked that DHT is in anyway important for penis growth anyway after puberty. But yes I know it causes problems to ejaculate. But I'm not in the situation where I have to use it, but I would use it. Very safe drug used in millions and millions of people with Prostatic hyperplasia so there might come a day where you are forced to take it yourself and prastectomy shrinks the penis so rather take the drug and keep prostate happy.

But as long as you don't go bald before hmm let's say 30 or so 35 maybe it won't matter because only young women care about hair. They go crazy for the justin bieber boy look.

Minoxidil side effects include erectile dysfunction. Just pointing that out.

Since shaving my head, I've come to believe that hair is over-rated. Lot of strong, good looking bald men out there. People say I look like that dude from "Breaking Bad". Take Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for example, don't think he has problems with the ladies. I think bald is a turn off if you sport a comb over or leave the "U" shaped ring around your head. Those things make you look old. I faced a thinning hairline and decided to take on Mother Nature and just shave it off. Never gonna look back.

Id rather go bald than take dht blockers tbh. DHT and testosterone make me feel alpha as fuck i cant imagine how it would be like with low test/dht levels. Anyway I think id go for bald ans big dick personally

They are not connected. DHT in higher than low normal concentrations only wreaks havoc on your body. It's the neurosteroids with very very minimal GABA like effects that are also affected by 5-alpha reductase that can cause problems when they lower in concentration along with DHT. Although Finasteride only lowers DHT I anywhere from 50-70% and Dutasteride 70-90% on both DHT I and DHT II. The side effects are very very mild to be a drug with such a drastic effect on prostate precancer/hyperplasia. Don't be too fast to discard these drugs many men are forced to take them or get prostate cancer, pretty easy choice and you might be forced to one day...

Second, from all the steroid forums etc. 99% say dont take dht blockers as they decrease you of energy and libido

Dutasteride stops all balding with minimal side effects but wont regrow much. Finasteride halts balding significantly but doesnt stop it. Minoxidil stimulates sleeping follicles to come back to life. Bitter prematurely bald drug abusing guys on steroid forums like to claim false side effects since they are lost cause.

Road28 I’m going to be nice and say if you dont want the safe drugs that work mentioned before there are some other less effective options.

Azelaic acid topical acne medication works it will keep a lot of your hair and has 0 side effects it cant go systemic impossible since its immediately broken down in blood. There are Skinoren 20% cream on ebay.co.uk from poland cheap and effective. You can prolly make your own 10% concentration in minoxidil 5% concentration for a combo that will virtually stop all hair loss or buy the same combo from online if it had retin A aswell its even better.

You can also buy Ru58841 topical anti androgen from group-buys and mix in Minoxidil 5% but if you overdo this it can have transient systemic mild side effects. I say Finasteride is safer than Ru but Ru might be safer than dutasteride if you take max 50mg/day. Goood luck I would take minoxidil+azelaic acid if I couldnt accept any side effects.

Ok but if the scenario is you have prostate hyperplasia and can either take dutasteride and be fine or let it grow and be forced to undergo later prostatectomy which causes penis nerve damage and shrinkage the choice is??
