From what I've seen, he appears to be a great human, however I once thought that about Bill Cosby, so how many people can you truly understand?
Hi A link you may like to read then.

Seems it goes from Seattle to South Africa.

My Last neighbour in Cornwall in the UK worked for one, she was paid to travel all the way the UK get paid her hotel bills be there for a couple of days the come all the way back, its these people who bleed the charities of there life blood, mostly our money.

This goes on in all charities, most are just area managers.

      • I'm sorry for how I feel in the political arena. I'm not a fan of government. American politics is horrible in my eyes. Basic managerial functions is the purpose ofngovernment. We have fallen away from that role completely. The truth is it is a flawed system. So flawed people are in charge. What I really want to work for will never be. As Cusp, Party and most others point out. Nobody cares. As long as they can be ok then it doesn't matter. We can work to impact small changes within our spheres of influence and hope for the best.

We hate drug and gun runners, unless they are our leaders. We hate those that create crippling poverty unless they are our leaders. We hate other countries pushing thier own agendas while loving our leaders doing the same. Maybe it is human nature. Maybe this is the best it gets. Maybe 2018 will be better. I pray it is so.

No need for apologies bruv, I still luv ya.

I don't think we need to agree politically either or in any other way for that matter.

This is why I'm pro capitalism, to me it means complete freedom. I think people have just lost faith in each other and in themselves to be able to self determine the course of our lives and feel as though we need some big brother government who does a worse, less efficient job, to make our choices for us.

The guy who's videos I posted makes a good point and I think its true. "The right wants to control what we do in the bedroom and give us economic freedom. The left wants to give us freedom in the bedroom, but control everything economically".

I think complete freedom is the way to go and people will figure it out for themselves. Sure they will make mistakes, but this is how we evolve and grow.

those who know themselves have insight.

          • Complete freedom and no economic controls failed mightily. The anti trust movement and monopoly busting came out of it. That and the bloody fights to unionize. Then the greedy changed tactics and the beat goes on. I like the ideas of freedom, but the game is rigged. If they unrigged the game I would agree.

I wouldn't say it failed mightily, the west is a success story because of it. We have just been a bunch of turkeys voting for Christmas after they sold us on the free cranberry sauce.

That Yaron Brook talks about anti trust law. Apparently they went after Microsoft for this, after a government official suggested they lobby the government like other companies and when they declined they were told they were in violation of these antitrust laws around 6 months later I believe. It sounds like basically old school racketeering - You pay me protection money and I'll see to it you don't get robbed because its very dodgy round these parts.

He speaks on the law in this 1 minute long video...

              • He has an interesting interpretation. Very much not including the history of those laws and what really happened. The west would be here no matter what. He is as silly as the bleeding heart liberals. Both choose what to talk about. Even when the weight of the evidence is opposite.

                • I would have to say that for sure I have a very different perspective to that of Dr Yaron Brook. I would fall more in line with Slavoj Zizek, he's a former anti-communist communist/marxist philosopher who still kind of loves capitalism, but recognizes that it has grand problems that cannot be solved by its own processes, and he has some good ideas outside of these particular topics.
