I resolve to lower my A1c next year with my new Medtronic 670G insulin pump and Guardian continuous glucose monitoring system. 2017... worst year ever! Good riddance. However, I did gain a solid inch in length which is priceless and made some really good friends here who cared more than just about growing something, for everything else, there's a Master Card lol.
This next year, I'm gonna try to not repeat the same mistakes I made last year in personal life. Eat healthier, for the last 3 years I have moved the needle in the right direction. Get really fit, swim like crazy in the warm months, run, continue pushups and pull ups, maybe add sit ups although my abs are already great. Get a good tan going. And pick up the pieces of 2017. I can already say, it's gonna be one hell of a year and the worst is yet to come... (that's the honest me), (but I'm gonna keep smiling, stay positive and roll with the punches!).
2018 motto - Smile, be positive, assume positive intent, bring joy to others life no matter how crappy yours is and always try to do the right thing no matter the consequences.
