  • Reducing Refractory Period

My refractory period is something that has definitely changed in me; I'd like to be able to improve my performance by reducing it, but other than pharmaceuticals (modulating prolactin) I'm not sure how.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks!

More training/sexual activity and increased fitness levels should help decrease your refractory period. One quick "trick" would be to deliberately hold back somewhat on your first ejaculation/orgasm so you're able to get to the next round sooner.

I don't like drugs too but if you wanna know alternative way to drugs you can search for herbal assist like Tongkat Ali.Tongkat Ali known as Malaysian viagra. It increase the mass of bone and muscle mass in the body, reduce the refractory period and increase sperm production. Also increase the mass of tumor if you have in your body.

Dry orgasm reduces the refrac period to zero . Or as Al mentions partial ejaculation.

50 % orgasms - kegeling when you start to orgasm reduces the amount of ejaculate which refuces the refractory period.

This is partial elaculation as mentioned by myself and AL.

As i said earlier i think dry orgasm is the better solution but meh.

My refractory period has gone from 2-3 days to 2-3 hours.

Back in my mid 40s it took a good while. Since engaging in the PE lifestyle it is now in the few hours range. And at time sit is virtually nil.
These days after sex my erection does not go away. If I do not ejaculate it stays hard for up to 15 minutes after PIV sex (after edging it goes quick). Even after ejaculation it often does not go away. The last few times I had sex and ejaculated the erection remained for more than 5 minutes.
And not a half erect penis, I mean a good 8.5 EQ. Finish sex, take off condom, go to bathroom, wash, dry, fresh underwear, back to bed and still hard.
Generally my wife is one and done, but one time she actually put it to good use and the erection lasted into the 10 minute range. Once she was done, and I relaxed, it went away.

I attribute this to daily edging and better overall health.

                Thanks guys.

Well, I'm in very good shape overall - former sprinter and hockey player, and currently not at peak but near my former competition level fitness. Have trained under iron most of my life too.

But, marriage for a while took a toll on my sex life; was super busy and just sort of let it happen, seeking an outlet in all the wrong places. So I'm trying to put all that back together and get better penis/sex fitness, which is where the problem lies I think.

Indeed, since starting PE everything has gotten better: EQ, size...but the refractory thing has been lagging. I was hoping that if I continue to PE it might help; I suspect from many of the above comments it will!

                Thanks!

Is the purpose of reducing the refractory period for the man to gain his erection sooner and/or orgasm sooner as well?

I'm only asking cause my last session was 90 minutes long before ejaculation. I don't think I can dry orgasm yet, but the benefit would be just orgasming more right?
