<removed> using $25 discount offer to scam people?

I bought a LengthMaster from <removed> on May 30th. I was too lazy to make my own and I didn't do much research on hangers before I bought this one. It's expensive for a hanger I know, but the reason I bought it was because they're offering a $25 discount when you buy one. There's a forum thread on <removed> there about it.

I received the product within 7 days, since then I've emailed their support 2 times and have not received my discount or any replies back from them. I even emailed the admin "doublelongdaddy" and he never replied back to my email.


Are these <removed> people using that $25 discount offer to get people to buy their product and then just ignore their customers when they try to claim the discount? I feel like i'm being scammed out of that offer they claimed I was supposed to receive.

It's been over 2 weeks since I sent the first email to them about the discount. No emails back from their support or the admin.

I'm posting here because I can't register on their website. It gives me an error when I try creating an account.

You need to deal with either the product manufacturer or the website you ordered from. We have nothing to do with either of them or your order. I'm not just here to bitch about something. I want to know if that company is legit. Like I said, I can't even register on their website, and I get no emails back from them. How else am I supposed to contact them to get this resolved? Can PayPal help me resolve this?

I know it's only $25, I can just forget about it because it's not worth the hassle just for 25 bucks. I just hate getting scammed. I feel like i'm getting scammed by them.

I left the name of the company in your post, I only deleted the link to a competitive website that was the originator of the order. If it was me, I would go the administration on the other website and ask them what happened with your order. They are the ones with the agreement to give a discount. Thanks for understanding and hope you come back and stay for a while once this is resolved. We can help you, just not with your product order.
