I want to make it but im worried about the veins around the foreskin can someone tell me how its possible to make a Circumcision when u have veins around the foreskin what happen to the veins

Dont get circumsised. Especially if it's for aesthetic reasons. You could be like me and not have enough skin to match your growth. I've grown nearly and inch and now I have turkey neck because I didn't have enough skin due to circumcision.

I don't know, I was circumsised at birth. You won't gain more if you are circumsised vs uncircumcised.

I got mine done about 17 years ago when I was 35. I did feel like i lost some sensation due to the head rubbing against my underwear over the years, but I still consider myself pretty sensitive and I forgot how sensitive I might have been before the procedure. I got circumcised because over the years I had a women who preferred circumcised guys and I found myself trying to hide the fact that I wasn't circumcised by trying to keep the foreskin pulled back. I also noticed that no matter how well I showered, after a while there'd be a slight odor during the day and I was always self conscious about getting head if i hadn't recently showered. Now there seems to me more women who have no problem with uncircumcised men. If I could go back in time, I would have left it alone. As far as price goes, the doctor I went to doesn't charge for circumcisions, he just keeps the tips!!! Okay, I heard that joke on Family Guy.

You can look this stuff up yourself to be sure, but from the reading I've done, all the vessels in the foreskin which you see will simply be removed through circumcision. Circumcision removes a fair bit of the penis' vasculature, along with a small amount of girth. You'll also notice a great decrease in sensitivity, as your pleasure receptors in your foreskin (the most sensitive ones) are removed, and the glans becomes used to being constantly exposed by becoming keratinized, which leads to a dry, slightly wrinkled appearance of the glans alongside the reduced sensitivity.

Regarding benefits, I guess the only one is that you may last longer in sex? But premature ejaculation comes from a tight pelvic floor, not feeling too much pleasure during sex. You can make your decision based on my lil post here, but again, feel free to look this stuff up yourself if there's anything you don't agree with.
