  • What's for breakfast? (And where are you from?)

Post what you had for breakfast and where you are from, please.

I made a turkey bacon, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and cheddar cheese omelette; and I had a cup of burbon flavored coffee with sugar free French vanilla creamer and almond milk.

    Dallas, Texas, USA.

I'm from the Deep South and we like things a little spicier down here so we include things like pickled or fresh peppers, hot sauce, or spicy seasonings into most dishes; hence the jalapenos in my breakfast.

I love jalapenos.... got a bit of addiction to them and dill pickles/gerkins at the moment. There on every meal.

Really? When I do OMAD all I eat is breakfast with lots of meat and some extra fat.

But I'm doing K E T O/low carb right now, so the hardest part is managing **** flu symptoms. I have to are magnesium citrate, potassium, and sodium to sugar free sweetened water just to keep the brain fog and leg cramps at bay.

Im so busy in the mornings, i dont know im hungry until around 2pm - 3pm. I have black coffee to curb it. Ideally i would eat at this time but i wait until i get home with my children to have our dinner together.

Ive also found eating around 6pm makes me sleep better and not wake up during the middle of the night.

Finding it really hard to get back to normal after my second child.... its only so long you can say ive still got baby weight lol

I rarely eat breakfast. But a customer at our store is the chef for a restaurant in the Best Western Hotel up the street. Today was his last day and made me a big order of the lightest, best scratch biscuits I’ve ever had. Smoothers it in homemade sausage gravy and brought it to the store. I opened at 5 am, it took me two hours to shake off the sleep they induced, but worth it. I’ll hsve to wait till Easter Sunday for another batch, he’s agreed to help out.

On a side note, it’s slow on Sunday mornings and I managed to get 30 minutes of pumping in between customers.

During the work week I have a Premier protein shake and a Belvita mixed berry biscuit. This morning I had leftover homemade chili mac. With a cup of black coffee. Only because I was going to the gym, first time in a week. Had a good session.

Something I do not believe in. Turkey bacon.

I had breakfast for dinner tonight. Homemade runny Egg McMuffins. Sometimes I’ll make French Toast for dinner as well. Got a batch in the freezer. Pop em’ in the toaster, micro the syrup, eazy quezy. And that is a nappy time dinner for sure.

Toast an coffee. Normally peanut butter and honey, but the jar was empty, so today was a bit of butter and grape jelly on the toast. Whole grain.
