Anyone doing NOFAP November ?
I am doing something, nofap for me is an extreme measure, I am doing a lessfap November.

I won't be doing this. If I didn't masturbate for an entire month I'd have a good 20-40 hours in the entire month of free time, but since I have nothing to fill that time with it doesn't do me anything.

Try it out! No shame if you do decide to masturbate its just a challenge. Obviously some guys who chronically masturbate can benefit from a 'reset'. I am doing it! Nofap but sex is still full go for me.

Ive done no porn . No fap no thanks., plus some of us when wanting higher eq quality, porn helps us. Like when I pump I might use porn two times a week, while other times I dont use it, I just pump , jerk, and see what happens.
