I think one thing I've learned from this experience is not to bring up my insecurity at all. It will only make the girl feel less attracted to me. Although I'm embarassed by my size and circumcision, telling the girl so will not help my case. It's better to just let her see it for herself and allow things to develop naturally.

You really need to try and deal with insecurity and anxiety.

The reason I suspect I'm gay has to do with my rape, among other things. I also didn't know women had vaginas up until I was around 10 years old. I seriously thought they had penises like us men, so I would fantasize about them with penises. Maybe my molestation played a role in that, or my conservative and religious upbringing. Anyway, I do have gay fantasies.

You are over-stressed and imagining things. Most likely pain from being so stressed and tense the day before, and combined with psychosomatic feeling. You MAY have contracted a cold or something, because of the stress / lack of temperature control. You haven't contracted herpes. Trust me, i have lived with genital herpes in many years. It is not very contagious, only when you have an open herpes sore - and when you have that (rarely), you are not in doubt, it burns and itches long before it burst. Don't worry and think up ailments.

I don't think you are gay - but the stress did you no favors, and you where a bit numb to all the cues (breast, vag, etc), but if you were gay, you would feel attracted to male features, not vaginas

Look at the positives. First date, you got her home, nude, and playing with your gear. You where just TO nervous to enjoy it fully and let nature take over. But still, you got to 9/10 in your fist date. That isn't bad - and the girl didn't run screaming, she even still answers you. Your obvious stress and nervousness made her insecure, and nobody likes not being liked, so she is in doubt. You could probably invite her over, and she would come again. Next time tell her in advance you need to take it slow, and all you should do is lye in the bed naked together fondling, and no more. It will take the pressure of both. You got all the time in the world, you mastered the first part (getting a girl naked in your bed). The rest will follow, when you take it easy.

That's reassuring to know you speak from experience. I agree I might have contracted a cold, it did feel like a cold.

I think a reason I didn't get arroused is because up until this age my mind has only been conditioned to porn fantasies. Moreover, those fantasies have frequently been violent. I suspect I need more experiences with women to get adjusted to real life, it's very different from fantasy. Or you know, I could be gay...

Unless you have no problem with dying from aids do the following:

Use condom before you stick penis in a vagina smelling rotten fish

Don't touch the vagina or the vaginal fluids.

Don't let a gay man have anal sex with your anal without a condom.

You may get tested. Herpes is a super-common infection that stays in your body for life. More than half of Americans have oral herpes, and about 1 out of 6 Americans has genital herpes.

Herpes is spread from skin-to-skin contact with infected areas, often during vaginal sex, oral sex, anal sex, and kissing. Herpes causes outbreaks of itchy, painful blisters or sores that come and go. Many people with herpes don’t notice the sores or mistake them for something else, so they might not know they’re infected. You can get herpes even when your partner don’t have any sores or symptoms.

Studies show that HSV-2 infection increases the risk of getting HIV infection, even when there are no symptoms of genital herpes. HSV-2 infection can cause tiny breaks in the genital and anal area that allow HIV to enter into the body. Herpes infection also attracts the type of cells that HIV infects (“target cells”) to the genital area. This increases the chance of getting HIV.

That's why the most powerful sex organ is brain. Trivial but true.
