Can you increase ball size (not just hang length)?

I know it's normal for one nut to be bigger than the other, but one of mine is much larger than average and the other is smaller than average (less than half the size of the other one). I'd like the smaller one to at least be normal size. I don't necessarily need for them to hang lower, although that would be an acceptable side-effect if I was able to increase the size of the smaller one.

I've been all over the Internet and searched this site and see that some people recommend a massage technique that might work and others say it's not possible to get lasting results. Nowhere have I found before and after results of this working in any long term way. Has anyone actually done anything over time and had measurable effect on ball size? I measured mine and started the massage technique to see if I get results. Open to suggestions. Thanks!
