After my 18 months PE journey and after I have read almost all of the forum posts I realised the obvious thing.
Everyone is different and responds to different exercises and different intensity/volume/frequency.
Something that works for someone is not working for an other one.
So when we have questions of some members the same pattern of answer is the correct one.
Examples
-Is manual work gonna give me length and girth?
-Some ppl responds to manuals some ppl don t.
Some gain only length some only girth some both some nothing.
Is hanging gonna work?
Same answer as the above
Is extending gonna work?
Same answer as above.
What intensity/volume/frequensy of manuals/hanging/extending/clamping etc?
Depends some are gaining with less volume/intensity and some with more.
So as we can see the correct answer is always the same.
Try and see.
So this conclusion is leading to the question:
Why are we asking questions? Why does this forum exists?
I ll tell you why.
1)This forum has some good ol vets.
They have learned from trials and errors from so many years of PE.
They have been tuned with their dicks and they know what to do and what not to do in order to gain results and avoid injuries.
They are our advisors.
We are learning from their gains and mistakes.
2)Some members have discovered some tricks on some PE exercises and devices that are presious and if you weren t here you may have never thought about them.
3)By reading injuries posts you learn what to avoid,
4)Sometimes you are so absorbed by the PE process that is making your decisions of training wrong.
We are here to guide you in the correct way again.
5)The gains of others gives motivation
6) By keeping a Log with your training someone may recognize a mistake that you are doing and point it out and make your journey more productive and make you avoid injury.
7)Some things in the PE world are not well known. Like the importance of the PF.
You would have never discovered why you have the side effects of a tensed PF fs you werent here and you wouldn t know how to fix it.
8)Sometimes you do the exercise but your technique is wrong and it isn t working. We are here to teach you the correct one.
Well I may be able to thing of more reasons but I am done. These are enough.
