I started at 4.5” (NBP) and after four or five years increased my EL to 5.4”. Though my flaccid can turtle down to under 1”, I don’t recall my wife of over 49 years ever commenting on it.

What is your girth by the way?

I'd say PE works but it takes time and work. I did up to 500 jelqs a day sometimes.
