My father is a narcissistic and im hoping his past actions will have harmed his longevity.
He's been an every other day binge drinker for 10 years but he recently slowed down and only drinks about once every 2 weeks now. He smoked a pack a day for 20+ years but recently switched to vaping nicotine which ive heard still damages the heart. He started TRT this year at 43 after having low test from a fucked up steroid cycle he did at 28. He's taking anastrozole with the test. He still drinks just less often. His BMI classifies him as overweight and he has high blood pressure. He does not eat red meat or dairy. He has horrible anger issues and ive heard this also can lead to early death. He takes cialis as well. He also experiments with BPC-157.
So out of all the things i mentioned should his risk of early death be increased?
