  • How effective is cardio in getting rid of excess fat pad?

My fat pad is currently fluctuating in my readings between 1.0-1.2 inches. I recently decided to take up cardio to try to trim it down, as an extra half-inch to 3/4ths of an inch of dick size would be great. Does anybody know how effective cardio by itself would be or have had experience with it? My diet is pretty consistent and I drink a lot of water and eat plenty of protein and lean meat. Hypothetically cardio should work but in the past I did cardio pretty consistently and never saw any major change in my fat pad. Anything else I can do to target it?
    Starting BPEL: 5.3 in
    Starting NBPEL: 4.8 in

    Current BPEL: 5.8 in
    Current NBPEL: 5.2 in

    Goal BPEL: 7.5 in
    Goal NBPEL:7.0 in

Burn more calories than you eat.
Eat clean food - try to avoid sugars and processed stuff that are harder to digest
    Do high intensity cardio.
    Be consistent.
You can't really target a specific area for fat loss, you just stick at it and with time it will go away.

    Good luck!

    6.7"x5.3" - 7.1"x5.45"

    Short Term Goal:
    7.25"x5.5"

    Long Term Goal:
    8"x5.75"

Hard work, discipline, sacrifice, and dedication.

The central point is to lose bodyfat % and that also requires diet . A pad your size is typical of a guy who is average /slimish . Certainly guys who are ripped up can be less .

If you are already lean and think it should be less read this .

        This exactly.
A pad that is typical of a guy who is average /slimish is about 1,5 cm. (0,6 inches)

When I was not ripped ( 9-12% BF) and I was about 15-18% BF I measured my fat pad and it was 0,6 inch.
Maybe I am not a good example cause my fat pad seems to not fluctuate by gaining or losing BF. I am always lean down there and the fat goes around my Belly button.

Like I said a guy around average bf% so 15 - 18 % will typically be an inch so you are lucky . I was an inch and a half at 17% .
