Which do you think is more important for satisfying a girl in bed? The “perfect” penis size on a guy that can only last a couple minutes? Or a guy with an average penis that can last 15+ minutes?

Why not both? The two aren't mutually exclusive.

That being said, if a certain threshold of hardness and stamina (EQ) aren't upheld then whatever size you may have would be irrelevant in providing maximum satisfaction. You'll usually find many more complaints about [a lack of] penile hardness and stamina than you will about size.

1000% stamina. I've gone from 4.5 to above average. I would take average lasting 15+ to being huge and lasting under 15. Luckily it's not a choice between the two. I can't overstate how important stamina is. Really 30+ up to an hour is ideal. Most women don't even require penetration to orgasm. The few who do only need a few inches. For me, conversation and foreplay magnify the moment of penetration.

To be fair, the OP did mention an "average" penis size- which would be closer to 5.5 inches.

It's true, the OP said "average" not 4". Regardless, even at that size if a guy can last 15 minutes but leaves his partner unsatisfied, he's just a lousy lay.

In my view a 4 inch is not perfect, but can definitely be angled to hit the g spot, and 15 mins is enough time for a girl to reach orgasm. A 7 inch unit is definitely going to feel better but 3 - 4 mins is a bit too short a time for most girls to reach orgasm.
