I was thinking today of the various games I liked to play as a kid, and by games I mean video and computer games, online games, RPG's etc. I remember being heavy into the MMO World of Warcraft for awhile, but I found it to be addictive and stopped, but I still had alot of fun with that game haha, I also like to play Call of Duty and Halo on occasion. Anyone else dabbled with RPG's or console games?

Starcraft Broodwar was my game WAY back in the day, still play it from time to time nowadays. Counter-Strike Condition Zero was also a game I used to play religiously. But now the only game I spend most of my time playing is Modern Warfare Two for Xbox. I'm still trying to get that elusive nuke

I got mine for dirt cheap off E-bay a few months ago!
Best. Purchase. Ever.
At first I didn't like it because it was so confusing (the online aspect) because EVERYTHING has an upgrade (red dot sight, silencer, etc) but now I like it because it's cool and gives variety!

OK, I think this is funny because all of the posts above refer to games "back in the day" and yet they're games I've NEVER heard of....except for that World of War Craft. My "back in the day" was playing the Atari 2600 with all those game cartridges that I think cost like $15 back then which was a butt load of money. Yes, I realize I'm TOTALLY dating myself here but............I used to stay up until the wee hours of the morning playing "Adventure" on my friends Atari while the other tv in the next room was on MTV....which incidentally PLAYED music videos 24/7 back then......none of this crap they play now. MTV totally sucks now and in fact, I'm not even sure why it's still called "MTV".....where the hell is the freakin' music???

Back in the day.. Was the Turbo Grafx 16 played Kieth Courage. Parasol Stars think Bobble Trouble also legendary AXE really didn't have that much dough but it was worth it. Man I want to get my HANDS ON ONE AGAIN WITH ALL THE TITLES. Right now have a XBOX 360 with MODERN WARFARE 2 IT IS A DOPE GAME. Also have the newly UFC UNDISPUTED 2010 THAT IS ALSO A DOPE GAME but I don't like you have to keep your stats up or they decay. I think that was stupid to put that in .

Other notables ZELDA,SUPER METROID, BIONIC COMMANDO, SECRET OF EVERMORE, CHRONO TRIGGER, ALL THE FINAL FANTASY GAMES.WANDERES OF YS 3, SECRET OF MANA, METAL GEAR, ALL OF BREATH OF FIRE GAMES. Man there is too much to name but that was fun.

Can remember playing frogger and space invaders on the old floppy disk bbc's my mum brought home from work at weekends. We weren't allowed a computer or console back then, so it was round to our mates for a shot on the zx spectrum, commodore64, and amiga or atariST, classics like barbarian, streets of rage, double dragon haha, then streetfighter 2. Then it was onto the likes of tekken, and worms, on PS1, GTA of course. Then it was PS2's GTA2 and stuff. Got a PS3, but all i play now is fifa.

Born in '87. I remember as far back as original Nintendo... that arcade game show (and arcades for that matter). I played some Atari way back when.
