  • Getting circumsized in 2 weeks

I'm getting it done because I have phimosis and it's starting to cause some problems. So let's not have a "Is circumcision good or bad" feud on my post.

Anyways, do they perscribe you anything after? Lortabs? Percocets? Anything?

I did it with no medication at all at 20 years old. It's not so bad, but you will need to stay still for a couple of days. I went back to work after 4 days off, but damn, I walked slow haha

Due to the severity of the pain, you could probably get some pretty serious pain-killers, especially if you demanded them

Good luck man. I'm thankful I was circumsized while I was a baby so I don't remember it
Now I might not have micropenis, but my penis is small enough for me to say it's small. I don't understand those who complain about 5 in erect penises. How I wish for something like that.

          Starting
          Flaccid Length: 2 inches
          Erect Length: 3 - 3.5 in

          Current
          Flaccid Length: 3 in
          Erect Length: 4 in

where are you getting it done and how much is it? I have been researching adult circumcision for a while because I want to get it done. I found a place in atlanta called The Circumcision Center that specializes in adult circumsicion but it costs about $2500 and also, Im in Texas too...

Does one just go to a local Urologist and get it done there? Thanks!

I got it done nearly 10 years ago because I had a very long and very tight foreskin, it didn't pull back at all and the skin would often split.
It was under general anaesthetic but they used a local anaesthetic too so it was numb for a day or two. The only pain was when it got knocked or I moved too fast. Woke up in the night a lot because nocturnal erections were really painful but subsided very quickly upon awakening. Wasn't given any pain killers or anything. I had a few complications afterwards but everything worked out fine in the end.
Not a pleasant few weeks but glad I got it sorted. Good luck.

You could have done non-surgical stretching exercises to widen your foreskin and make it retractable.

We now know that phimosis may be treated by manual stretching in most cases. Circumcision is neither necessary or recommended.

When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this several times a day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider.

                    Search the Internet for:

and you will find the information and support you need.
