Microsoft surface is already out. Photosynth is 5 years ahead of its time. Nokia Morph is intended to be sold for thousands at first until they push the value to under $300.

Very interesting!!! I'm a computer systems engineer and new technology fascinates me. If you ever watch CSI Miami they use computers (probably simulated) that use the MS Surface concept. The Seadragon technology is very similar to some of the face recognition software developed by companies such as L1 Identity Solutions.

The nano technology is quite interesting also and a little frightening. This technology has great potential for good but I can also see it being misused very easily. Especially in the surveillance fields.

My friends brother is a special forces bomb specialist or something of that type and he said very sternly, "whatever is released to the public, the government and military already have it x20. You wouldn't believe what you don't know." It was kind of creepy and really intrigued at the same time.
