    What guy wouldn't love to be able to 'get it up' automatically and never fail?? What I am talking about is using your will power to acheive an erection, every time. Example: have you seen "kill Bill"? The scene in the 'pussy wagon' where Uma says, "wiggle your big toe". It is a Zen method of meditation, really. Using extreme will focus and concentration. With practice, it will be EASY to get an erection anytime (even without thinking about anything sexual or being touched/aroused).

    WARNING: This may take long to master. It may take 5-10 attempts to get a full throbbing erection, or months. you may be able to do it on the first try.

    Instructions

    1) This is meditative so no thinking allowed! It is a feeling state only so stay below the neck. If any thoughts are present it will be very difficult. Just using feeling sensation as your guide.

    2) Concentrate on your penis, and picture it's fully erect state. You can't think it, you must FEEL IT. You have felt it many times before. Feel it lengthen outward from deep within your inner body.

    3) When you notice blood flowing into the penis at all (e.g. chubb) , this is PROGRESS! It will only get easier each time you practice.

    4) With practice you will easily be able to will an erection immediately.

    DO NOT THINK SEXUAL THOUGHTS OR IMAGINE SCENES, ETC. THIS IS CHEATING AND NOT USING WILL POWER.

      Yo Sidewinder why bother to use the word [edit]? This is something Zen believes in, it works for him, and he's trying to share it with us to possibly "help". Do you think that your opinion would make him feel good that he went out of his way to make a helpful post and then see "lame". If you don't believe in what he says than that's fine but his thoughts should be respected and if you can't say something nice, well you know the rest!

        zen,

        i'm going to give this a shot, i truly believe that a positive mental attitude is the most important factor in PE. I've been on a NLP course recently and it has recently opened by eyes to how important the mind is.

        I'm going to do this and will let you know how it's coming along (no pun intended!)

                I think that's kind of the point. I tried it and I could definitely feel something stirring. My penis became a bit fuller and more plump but I didn't get an erection. I'll keep trying this each day until I can do it. It would be a great thing to be able to control. As well as making gains in size, I really want to be able to have full control over my penis through PE.

                For those who did achieve it, how long did it take you to go from flaccid to fully erect?

                  yeah it definitely feels like a 'stirring' - a stirring of juices and hormones that will help lead the way to getting more erect. Although I would say that I can't do it every time yet, it really depends on mood, distractions, etc. But the main benefit of doing this is having an 'instant connection' with your penis on a feeling-state level. It will inevitably help one get erect easily with a significant other...

                    I'm not into Buddhism, Hinduism, or any other eastern religion but I can tell you that pe_ZEN is right. I've always suffered from mild ED, and this has really helped a lot. Though I haven't used any formal type meditation.

                    If there is a neurological explanation (and I don't know the science), it seems to have something to do with brain induced parasympathetic response. Somehow thinking about relaxation in bodily regions actually sends those automatic signals to their place.

                    Yeah, concentration and will really help. I can reproduce what pe_ZEN said sometimes, but it's been an up and down journey for me with slow overall progress. It's almost like 5 steps forward, 5 steps back. 6 steps forward, 5 steps back. I can have a really successful day one day, and spend the next week as if it doesn't work. Some rare days, it doesn't take much effort to get a decent erection by will alone and other days, it takes while or even total dud days.

                    The most important principle I take from this is to relax, relax, relax. Just think about relaxation for each part of your penis. Sometimes thinking about relaxation in the kegel muscle (BC) or even the hamstrings helps too. Sometimes. It seems as if I can will extra parasympathetic nervous responses. I get the best results when I'm in bed about to go to sleep. (I have even had a few 100% erections sometimes). Though usually sleep overcomes me before anything happens. Still, it's sort of a bedtime habit to try to see if I can get it up some.

                    I notice there are some roadblocks to this progress:
                    1. Too much masturbating the sensitive area underneath the head (fredulum I think) seem to be counter productive to my mind/will gains (a little doesn't seem bad though).
                    2. Desiring the feeling too much is counter productive too. If my scientific hypothesizing is right, then these are points where my mind leads me to sympathetic nervous responses. You can't try to make it happen. When you do, it WON'T happen. I can only think about it passively.
                    3. And some days will just be just discouraging to see no progress or often times negative progress. Being anxious are annoyed that results weren't as good as the previous day (or that it's not the same as a day a month ago) are very counter-productive. You almost have to get into a state where you are almost indifferent about erection gains. But rest assured that even when the penis doesn't move an inch, progress can be made.

                    One other benefit, is that I can turn manual masterbation or physical sex with my wife into a harder erection. At least for a time. But sometimes with long lasting effects on good days.

                    Other tips:
                    Concentrating on the unrelaxed regions and thinking them into relaxation is a good way to go about it. It's always nice when I can become aware of the unrelaxed parts.

                    I have used this technique while edging for some awesome hardness and short term abilities to easily will erections easily hours after. Though I notice that it's better not to do too much edging with the technique. (It's good to get a good amount of practice time without manual stimulation). And most of the time edging doesn't always get me those results.

                    One last thing, I don't really meditate. I just sit passively. Sometimes I can even get things happening while surfing the net (not looking up porn nor any content of sexual nature) or lying in bed. But maybe that explains when results are inconsistent for me.

                      Make perfect sense for me considering my experience in meditation in the past. Somthing about clearing the mind and inducing a natural relaxed state brings about a sense of bliss where a great erection is sure to follow. In group meditation is was more tricky but in solo sessions the first thing I noticed afterward was this great feeling of body freedom.

                        Yeah, I've never had to clear my mind. Though I suppose clearing your mind helps you get rid of hindrances that spring up on a given random day. Some days, it just works well, even while I'm somewhat busy (not too busy) with some activity. Other days aren't so lucky and maybe my mind is on something in the way.

                            It is extremely useful for the many members out there who have the problem of acheiving an erection with a woman for reasons of anxiety. Being master of your member is the most important step in confidence!

                              There seems to be a certain sense in which you kind of empty your mind connection with your penis, but you don't ignore it either. Almost like trying to remove feeling. (and when you do, you get a lot of new feeling)

                              Anyways, I'm just a beginner. Did it take a long time for you to master? Do you still have days where things don't always work?
