    Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I cannot find the MMO forum.
    In fact the search facility is crap.I put in MMO and I got 0 hits if you can believe that!

    Anyway , experimenting a bit trying to reach DO/MMO I did try the usual recommendation of holding a hard kegel when arriving at PONR.
    I should mention that I have been consistently kegel exercising for months and I can hold a pretty long and hard kegel.
    However, when I reach PONR and I clamp down the sensation is unpleasant and even if I get no initial ejaculate when I release the kegel after the event the ejaculate starts slowly oozing out.
    This led me to rethink the practice of hard kegels.I mean the ejaculation in essence tries to spasm the PC muscles in order to shoot the semen.It seems counterproductive/brute force method to tense them even more.
    I am beginning to see a way forward with reverse kegels which essentially teach you to relax some of the PC muscles.
    I believe you can control orgasms better if you can relax your PC muscles rather than tensing them when you reach PONR.
    So basically when you reach PONR you should try and reverse kegel to keep your PC muscles from spasming although I noticed that you should not try a very hard reverse kegel which might bring the opposite result.
    If you can keep a long controlled light reverse kegel just enough to keep the PC muscles from clenching is the best IMHO, although I have not really reached a full sensation DO yet.
    What do the veterans say?

    You can do a DO with reverse kegel ,though I suggest the manner you suggest requires more strength than the standard kegel method.
    You can try this instead, as you go into ponr use a quick reverse kegel so that you don't go into ejaculation use a series of RK to rachet down out of ejaculation. This is tricky, because you have to go past orgasm point before you RK and then it requires speed and precision.
    With the standard method your timing appears the issue ,I suggest you are kegeling too late.
    Anyway it is good that you are thinking and keep us informed of your experiments which have value.

      Haha I tried a reverse kegel right before PONR...

      All that I experienced was a great load of semen flowing out AND THEN orgasm...

            Of course a normal kegel is how to begin controlling your PC muscles the "hard" way. However this should lead to more advanced techniques with kegel/reverse kegels which should ultimately allow you to control exactly the amount of tension in your PC.
            When you can completely your PC under orgasmic conditions then I guess you have reached the highest level.
            Ejaculating is a bit like the gag reflex or sneezing. You can tense your muscles to control it sometimes the brute force way but it is perhaps better but more difficult to relax them instead.

              Yes sotorp there is some truth in what you say. Of course as hard (yang) style mmo is easier to explain and understand i tend to put that out there. From what I have seen, it appears that some people are suited to hard form and some to soft (yin). So while I can and have done soft form I still prefer hard form. Their are are advanced techniques in both hard and soft style, the reverse kegel rachet technique I mentioned is an example.
