In fact the search facility is crap.I put in MMO and I got 0 hits if you can believe that!
Anyway , experimenting a bit trying to reach DO/MMO I did try the usual recommendation of holding a hard kegel when arriving at PONR.
I should mention that I have been consistently kegel exercising for months and I can hold a pretty long and hard kegel.
However, when I reach PONR and I clamp down the sensation is unpleasant and even if I get no initial ejaculate when I release the kegel after the event the ejaculate starts slowly oozing out.
This led me to rethink the practice of hard kegels.I mean the ejaculation in essence tries to spasm the PC muscles in order to shoot the semen.It seems counterproductive/brute force method to tense them even more.
I am beginning to see a way forward with reverse kegels which essentially teach you to relax some of the PC muscles.
I believe you can control orgasms better if you can relax your PC muscles rather than tensing them when you reach PONR.
So basically when you reach PONR you should try and reverse kegel to keep your PC muscles from spasming although I noticed that you should not try a very hard reverse kegel which might bring the opposite result.
If you can keep a long controlled light reverse kegel just enough to keep the PC muscles from clenching is the best IMHO, although I have not really reached a full sensation DO yet.
