I've also been to Thunder's... Just loved there. But as everyone said, there's really too many threads and too much info to research about. Someone too hasty might not take the time and read EVERYTHING.

I've spent three months reading stuff in order not to be flammed and ended up that way. Won't complain, but won't congratulate for extreme disciplinary actions. But I just can't say I didn't like Thunder's because I learned practically everything from there. Just moved my site of action to PEGym because it was a little less crowded and had new info I could research.

And after the change, I fell in love with the dynamic of this place and decided not to return to Thunder's.

Ive been over at Bettermans for a long time and its real laid back with everyone real nice. Several people made comments about the attitudes they have over at Thunders. Thats the damn truth. All these sites have good information. Not just Thunders. So why would anyone want to put up with all of that over there doesnt make any sense.

Thunders have good information HS. Its one of the greatest PE forums because it has a lot of different theories posted almost daily. It evolves PE in a way MOS have done.

But I still favor MOS & Pegym over all.

It's because there's 120.000 members at thunders. Due to this they open for registration about every 2-3 months, so that they can regulate the amount of newbies who tend to drown the forum with repeated similar questions, and get them a little past newbie-level before they take on another batch. Also, such a mass of members is hell to administrate I imagine.

I asked one of the mods once why they just don't delete all those members who's never posted and haven't been online for say 1-2 years, but apparently it's due to policy.

You should check in to see when registration opens again though, IMO it's most definitely worth the wait.

Thanks C. Phantasy. The folks at thunders say Double Long Daddy started MOS with information from *************. Mention DLD over there, and you will get flamed, as I have. Recently, it seems the updates to thunders have slowed, as if people are migrating away. ThunderSS stated in a reply to one of my posts that they have 120,000 registered members, not active members.

It's perfectly acceptable for guys to ask stupid questions. You learn by asking questions. I am very happy to answer questions. I've had that same support when I started out, now I want to support other guys.

And like somebody said here: some guys have low self-esteem because of their penis size. That's why the more experienced members are here: it's give them a maximum amount of support.

Thunder's Place has a lot of flaming going on. I really don't like that. I haven't seen ANY flaming here.

And Thunder's place is disorganized, the amount of information is overwhelming. Plus, I can't even register there! It's a shame.

I agree with Radiohead, there is no dumb question I would be offended at and would be happy to help any newcomers out there that need it.

Me too!! People don't flame you and talk down to you if you ask the same question that has already been addressed. I hate that.

On the Thunders home page you can click Members (on the top most lefthand side) and get the stats on the members. This is what it reads right now:

                              Active members: 12,399
                              Posting members: 16,541
                              Active posting members: 4,408
Unique Member Visits Yesterday: 1,645 <--- actual vists each day is usually lower
                              New Members Yesterday: 195
                              New Threads Yesterday: 33
                              New Posts Yesterday: 456

I don't understand why they have such an attitude over there but it's certainly a problem. I feel that if people write ugly or badly worded posts they simply won't get read and won't get responses. The situation takes care of itself without some of the mean things the moderators say to people.

The amount of information over there is also overwhelming. I don't believe you really need all that information. It's better that it's more condensed like it is here so that what you find is more relevant.
