    First thing you need to do is get out and get some exercise! Definitely some cardio. Cardio ups your testosterone levels. Stair climber, jogging, playing basketball... Anything of that sort. Do it until you have a high heartrate and you're sweating like a pig LOL.

    That'll Get your T-Levels up. Even on days off. Atleast that's how I feel. I just feel more aggressive, more powerful, and generally happier after some good cardio or weight training. Endorphines and Testosterone i presume is the cause of it.

    After you do that, go at your PE exercises (when it is your days on) and don't work yourself too hard. as the old saying goes "A dab'll do ya"
