  • My formula for more cum volume

I've had such good success with this I thought I'd share it.

    L-lysine 500mg
    Zinc 50mg
    Celery seed 1500 mg
    L-arginine 500mg
    Opti-men vitamin supplement

I take this in the morning, I have huge loads now, I can cost my wifes stomach now, and when I cum inside of her it pours out afterwards. Just thought I'd pass along the info!
    Beginning: 6"x6"
    Goal 2011: 6.5"x6"
    Ultimate Goal: 7.25"x6.25"

I'm not sure of the scientifics of it. I read somewhere that L-arginine increases your load, so I started taking it. It worked a little bit but eventually it trailed off. Then I read that zinc helps as well, and also heard that Ron Jeremy talks about eating celery to help increase his load. L-lysine is supposed to increase testosterone, which I assumed would help produce more. The Opti-men I have no idea if it ads anything, but I just take it for general wellness.

I'd start looking for a new source of information if you're reading that L-Arginine increases load size and L-Lysine increases testosterone.

L-arginine is scientifically proven to increase sperm count but L-Lysine isnt proven to increase testosterone but helps with recovery time, ligament and bone health

L-Arginine Hydrochloride in doses of 1500mg or more has been proven, not just L-Arginine or other forms. The body takes to different compounds in different ways.

Now that my shameless plug is out of the way...

OP's results are due mostly to the L-Arginine which HAS been proven in scientific studies to increase volume, thickness, sperm count, and whiteness of your coital emissions. Good results reported by forum rats are pretty unanimous, and my own experience is that it was very effective.

The celery thing is a rumor, perpetuated largely by Peter North (or by whoever started the Peter North fable). At any rate, it has yet to be backed by any hard science. Celery does contain the male steroid hormone androstenol, thought to act as a natural pheromone, and also stimulate testosterone production in men, but not enough to noticeably increase the amount of ball batter you splatter.

Zinc has been shown in studies to be necessary in maintaining your spunk factory's bottom line, but excess Zinc will not increase your primordial soup beyond what is considered normal healthy levels. Neither science, nor testimonials, nor my own humble experiments support this.

It's pretty much the same story for the multivitamin. Vitamin C, D, and A will help ensure your production doesn't dip, but it won't give you any unnatural boosts.

L-Arginine works, but it pales in comparison to some other things. If you're interested in drastic results, ie: in plopping out those thick white ropes of ball chowder that would put porn stars to shame, swing by my site and check out my article on increasing "Payload." Don't worry, it's free.

                Happy splooging

Digging up a 4 year old thread, that is grave digging, so you can advertise your website. Thin ice DNA kannon.
