  • How Do I stop retrograde ejaculation?

    Any ways for the fast couple of days I've been practising edging but basically at the end of the session when I want to cum,my dick goes into some spasm and I cum maybe 1/4 of the usual amount. Right after I get some mild bladder/abdominal pains so I'm pretty sure its retrograde. I've decided to take a week off just to give my prostate a rest because I'm just worried that if I continue I might screw up my prostate.


    I just don't understand what I'm doing wrong, am holding the kegal too late or should I hold even before I have the feeling? Do you guys have any tips on how to avoid or prevent this?

    also is it bad to kegal during masturbation or should i just relax the muscles?

    When you say "my dick goes into a spasm": does this mean you are intentionally stopping your orgasm? Terrible idea. Let it blow.

    Prevent it? Simple: Don't do that!

      But isn't that the idea of edging holding back the cum so you have a "dry orgasm"... in my case retro?
      So that means I don't hold when I'm about to cum?

        I think the idea of edging is to stop stimulation once the orgasm begins, but before the ejaculation phase. If done right, you won't have to clench the PC to hold back semen... because it hasn't left the prostate/testicles yet.

          As I understand edging, the goal is to lengthen the time until you reach the PONR. You don't have an orgasm because you stop stimulating. After that, you let your horniness and erection decrease and start again after a minute or so. You should also consider that it's gets harder to have a dry orgasm the longer your edging session lasted. After an edging sessions of 1,2 or several hours it's gonna feel like you're going to explode.

          In regard to your retrograde ejaculation:
          If you cum a fraction of your normal volume, you have a mixture of retrograde and normal ejaculation. A dry, non-retrograde orgasm is 100 % dry and your penis stays hard. The first time this happens, you'll probably have a WTF momemt and then a moment of euphoria. To achieve that, your kegel hold has to be more powerful than the contractions (spasms).

          In general I'd say
          1) train your standard kegel so that you have more power
          2) start your kegel hold a bit earlier, maybe 1/2 to 1 second

            There are many forms of edging for different purposes. It is usual to begin with stop/start and work towards kegel edging.

              Thanks for the help guys. I realized while masturbating I would constantly/knowingly squeeze my pc muscles. I think this was the reason for my retrograde ejaculation. Anyways i hope this help someone again thanks!
