Can anyone else do this? I remember the first time I did it. I was 13 and did it while taking an shower at home. I did have fun taking the "extended showers ".
Basically I don't have A refractory period at all.
MMO was easy to pick up on, I just started doing that last year ,it happens automatically now without having to a hard kegel (When I choose to do so of course, when I have extra time on my hands).
I can't believe I did not start doing that years ago. It would have saved me a lot of time.
