    Anyone rate Acai berry supplements or juice? For both PE use and non PE use!???

    They are good for you. That's about it. It's not these amazing fruit. I have taken it as a supplement before. No changes for me.

      i wouldnt recommend using acai berries if your trying to lose weight because their not meant to make you lose weight. I train brazilian jui jitsu and a lot of my friends say its bs because its meant to have a lot of calories. Ppl who train jui jitsu eat the acai berries for recovery and to fill them up. The whole "weight loss" was just a marketing scam a long with Oprahs support. anything oprah says people believe lol.

          The Acai berry will provide the body with vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C and E, as well as the minerals potassium, magnesium, copper, calcium, and zinc.
