  • New Gains! In Only 2 Weeks!!!

    OMG NEW GAINS! I MADE IT TO 6" by 5.75"!!!!!! YAY!!!!

    I GAINED .25 IN BOTH LENGTH AND GIRTH IN ONLY 2 WEEKS!!!! YAY!!!! IM SO HAPPY!
    Starting Stats:
    5.75" long by 5.5" around

    Goal:
    7.5-8" by 6.5"

    Right now:
    6.5" by 6"

        Another question about cementing. I found this that one of you admins wrote in an other thread:

        As for your question, to play it safe you'll want to follow a cementing routine:
        1) Keep your latest routine for roughly 1 month
        2) Cut the routine in half for another month
        3) Cut it in half again (1/4 of original routine) for a final month

        So when do I cement my gains? According to this cementing takes about 3 months, does that mean I should quit doing ordinary PE gym and cement for 3 months every once in a while? I assume you don't mean I should do cementing + PE gym at the same time, so what's the deal with cementing? I thought that was something you did when you decide to quite PE gym in order to be able to keep your gains?

          No, No, NO! Keep doing the routine. When I said cement your gains, I was talking about
          when you measure and you are + or - 1/8" for a period of a couple of weeks, you can consider your gains cemented.

              Thanks, guys, this secret routine seems to be goin good! I'm sooooo happy!

                Care to share your secret routine? It'd probably help me reach my goals =)
                Took a year break like a lame-o, lesson learned...anyway
                Current stats 9/1/10: BPEL 6.9 EG 5
                First goal: 7.5x5.15
                Second goal: 8x5.5
                Dreaming goal?: 9x6(ish)

                  Oh sure thing spudz, well its a secret, cause I live in a house with several other ppl, so not a moment of privacy, so this is an under the cover routine but as follows:

                  10 min of heating pad
                  5- Stretching in all directions, A-stretch and JAI stretch
                  5-7 min of Tunica Tugs - for girth
                  10-15 min (best start with 10, I'm doing 15 as of now) of bed fowfers
                  Then after Go to the bathroom, piss pulls, and turn on the water till its ice cold and splash mr. peeps and my balls with cold water

                  I'm thinking of adding some Uli's to the mix....JP or any senior members what do you guys thing?

                      Thanks for clearing cement, yahaa! , I just cut down my routine in April 21 09. I'll just one month after my cementing^^thought it will be tiring and well monitored, just need to continue and watch my PI.

                        Tunica Thug? can a 1 Month PE'er do that already? Still searching on how to do them any one knows a link?, Your routine would be a great help..
