    So recently i picked up a product called aminocore and let me tell you, this shit is the real deal. Dont think im trying to push a product on you guys im just letting you know if you want a intra- workout supplement, that works you need to give this a try. Basically what this product does is get rid of muscular toxicity and nitrogen retention during workouts, so you can lift heavier for longer periods of time therfore it brings about spectacular strength gains, and has ultimately pushed me past a plateu ive been stuck at for a long time.

    all my maxes have increased at least ten pounds a week for the last month and a half. Im waiting for these gains to level out but so far im literally AMAZED at this products ability to make you stronger, and we all know strength comes before size.As far as workout intensity is concerned this has made me work even harder because i can push it alot longer and dont fatigue as fast.This isnt a pre workout sup, you sip it during your workouts and trust me it works.The first workout i had with this stuff i was blown away that even half way through my workout there was no fatigue.By the second week i was throwing around weight i could barely handle the previous week, no bullshit. i just wanna share with you a new found tool in my workout repatoire and maybe some of you will go ahead and try it out. you wont regret it.

          ha. funny. nope no explosive diarrhea. yeah some side effects, but none that are negative.The most noticeable side efect i can think of is that im yoked. so thats nice.

            Really, just like most other BCAA supplements. Usually eating a rice cake or granola bar about 30 minutes before taking the stuff works to prevent that though.

              I find myself eating a weird cocktail of granola bar, piece of american cheese, and handful of grapes. Go figure.

                This is interesting and similarly I have enjoyed some success breaking through plateaus with vitakic, which is pretty much an overhaul on amino acids and vitamins. The side effects were some slight nausea and my urine was literally "radio-active yellow" if such a crayon color existed. I'll look into that product but it sounds best saved for when you are plateaued.

                  it actually looks good and it's full of B vitamins and it has no caffeine unlike most other products, I can't find a bad review on it yet on the internet

                    yeah , i only purchased it because i was plateued.Demone is right though, most bcaa supplements can do quite a number gastrointestinally:P but so far the only noteable side effect of that kind was a bit of gas.Ive never had explosive diarrhea from taking supplements but there is that potential out there.

                        I got a free sample of NO Xplode from Bodybuilding.com if you want to experience the explosiveness...haha.

                          lol dude, i have heard horrible things about that product. im good:P the only pre workout supplement i use anymore is mesomorph occasionally or razor8.I cycle off like every month though because that shit will destroy your liver if used for prolonged periods of time.

                            Mesomorph huh? I've been using jacked for a lil while now, but I've always been skeptical since it has a good amount of caffeine in it. I've been looking for a good pre workout mix that has natural ingredients without much filler. So you suggest mesomorph and razor8?

                              Post workout supplements like aminocore aren't meant to have an instant effect. So if you were feeling stronger the same day(s) that you started taking it then it was purely a psychological effect.

                              Personaly my favorite post workout supliments are BSN volumaize and size-on.

                              As for pre-workouts I go with shotgun. And sometimes no xplode if I really just want a rush of energy.
