  • Self Improvement

Apart from your groin area.. what else are you working on to improve yourself.

I am into gaining weight, I had lost a great deal of weight due to work but am slowly recovering and eating larger quantites to meet my Body Mass Index. I was stressed and worked to tight deadlines which meant less eating/luxury time to myself and more time at the office. Manager was a biatch! Oh well...

I am doing many things for self improvement.

First and foremost, i am setting constructive goals, identifying the steps to get there, and following through. Wherever you are, if you don't have a goal, you're wasting your own time.
I go to the gym almost every day. I can bench 260, I can squat 300 ... but my deadlift needs work - only about 195.
    And I'm only about 185

I have something called a social phobia. It started when I was younger and, as you probably guessed, it is a fear of people. The internet is a different story for me - the anonymity is a great shield. But in real life, it can be paralyzing.
I have been working to overcome this phobia for the last few years. I put myself in uncomfortable situations, I work at retail stores, I talk to strangers ... all in an attempt to be more social.

I'm vegetarian. I do this for health reasons. I believe that proper diet and nutrition can lead to a more productive and happier life. I used to be vegan but it's too expensive and I've learned that it is not the best for you. I've worked hard to set a diet that suits me and makes me feel good. The only thing I need to do now is learn how to cook. In a vegetarian diet, there are no 'fast meals.' That sort of sucks.

I'm looking towards martial arts, too. I figure it will help me socialize and find friends and a community. It will keep me fit, boost my confidence levels and make me feel more powerful. What woman doesn't love a man who can protect her against innumerable odds?

I have academic goals, too. I have just finished my 2 year college diploma and am going to university for my honours in environmental sciences. My ultimate plan here is to work with sustainability and reusable energy sources. Basically, I want to save the world.

I finished my MBA this year, lost 35 lbs, and grew my member by 2X2 and going!
Commit, start your routine, don't rush, and increase your length, girth, and ultimately confidence in the process. Key: Don't measure everyday and only measure 1X per month.

I am starting to say "YES" to more things now than before. Before I used to be a little hesitant and inward looking (sorry!) but now looking at things in a new perspective had given me more opportunities!

                    This.

I'm continuing on staying in shape, trying to up my cardio since my stamina isn't the best.

As for education, I'm applying myself much more than I did in high school, my work ethic is much better, not putting off my work so far.
I've been working on my social skills, just talking with people in general, and my confidence with girls, approaching them at random places.

I've improved on my fashion sense, I used to have horrible awareness with clothes. Also working on my humor, and voice tone, a monotone voice is sort of boring, so I'm getting used to add that "zing" to my voice.

I'd say I'm on my way with my self improvement.

That's my strategy. To exercise the whole body. I even mention this in my progress log.

My goals have changed a little. I had a successful professional career but decided to retire at a young age to do those things I never had the time or energy to do.

I am improving myself physically and mentally with exercise, yoga, and working outside. Like bluelite I am trying to better integrate a more mindful awareness to what I am experiencing all around me. Sort of like looking at a tree and seeing the spaces between the leaves.

Finally I want to be a kinder person in my private life.
