    We always have a large number of members online, many don't post but I thought I would break the Ice

    I was a lurker for many years before making an account, as are many I see. If you read through the forum you can usually gain most everything you need to know to help yourself to get started in PE. But there is also great value to adding individual experiences and being able to ask specific questions you have. I think it would be nice for more lurkers to make accounts and be able to give their insights as well, the community is really quite sizable.
    Just an average guy, with a not so average package.
    Starting: 33.3cm NBPEL, 23.5cm MEG
    Goal: 34.3cm NBPEL, ~23.5cm MEG w/consistently strong EQ

        I have found posting, engaging in different topics and having a progress log has helped me be much more consistent with my routine.

          Um Salve do BR! Sou relativamente novo no Fórum, descobri por acaso pesquisando algumas coisas sobre biohacking e acabei descobrindo esse forúm incrível! Esse é meu primeiro post, mas posso contar um pouco da minha experiência pra vocês.

          Estou praticando os exercícios tem praticamente 8 Meses. e abaixo está minha rotina:

          4x por semana no banho:

          Alongamento para todas as direções - 20seg p/ cada direção.
          50~60 Jelqs normais
          30~40 Aperto do Cavalo
          50seg Balançando
          100~150 Kegels.

          Tenho 1,68 de altura e minhas medidas a uitima vez que conferi estavam perto de: 16cm x 18cm (CxL)

          Eu não estou usando régua para medir (mas por escolha pessoal, prefiro sentir no visual a diferença do que medindo com fita ou régua, faço assim com a academia tbm. uso o espelho ao invés da balança).
          Mas posso dizer que vi uma diferença sim. Principalmente na expessura tanto frio, quanto ereto! nada assustador, mas a glande parece que diminuiu (na vdd o corpo que engordou kk).
          Já no comprimento eu ainda não observei nenhuma mudança, mas sigo firme nos exercícios pois sei que são anos e anos para alcançar o objetivo.

          Mas uma coisa é gritante: Minha ereção está muito mais potente, nasceram novas "mini veias" que deixam ele mais "nervoso" kkkk
          Com os kegels eu estou aprendendo a controlar mais a minha ejaculação, e a manter a ereção também.

          Antes de começar os exercícios, quando estava flácido ele ficava extremamente pequeno (meu penis quadruplica de tamanho quando ereto), e após os exercícios, durante o dia a dia quando está flácido ele está mais "encorpado", não fica mais tanto retraído.

          uma das coisas que fiz também desde que comecei a exercitar, foi parar de usar cueca box, e começar a usar shorts.

          Decidi criar o post em portugûes pq senti falta de brasileiros aqui, com um conteúdo tão top de toda a galera aqui, espero impulsionar outros conterrâneos.

          Finalizo meu primeiro depoimento com uma dica aos céticos: ESTUDE! PESQUISE! SE INFORME! O cérebro comanda o corpo, se você juntar isso a informações e dados que a internet te propõe, terás possibilidades infinitas para alcançar seu objetivo INDEPENDENTE DO QUE SEJA.

            one of the things I've done too since I started exercising, was to stop wearing box underwear, and start wearing shorts.
