i hang and clamp also. so my dick is really well conditioned. 2-3 seconds is what i personally use and what im comfortable with, i use pressure enough to suit my needs.
dont try to copy exactly how i jelq, all people need to focus on is the correct grip. the pressure and length of jelq is entirely up to the individual.When your the inventor of the three "ooks" you just know you got it going on...

can i use this post to get a few advices?
Here's my situation: Aways felt a little more sensitive on the left side of my unit, about 1,5 inches down the glans. When doing my first day of jelquing, i probably over did it, with too much force. Now i have what appears to be a hard vein, more visible when im flacide.
Since that happened (about three weeks ago) i stoped every PEing and did cold/hot compress.
Still, the vein remains there, and from time to time comes this come-and-go pain.
I still have morning woods, and my sex life has actualy improved this last few days, but still, it hurts and im worried to death.
What can I do?
I'll be going to a doctor this week or the next, still.. PE injury like this is "usual"? Can be fixed?
I'm thinking jelquing is too dangerous to me, probably stay on hanging and extenders...

Alright mate, Your video aint working (the updated version as well) at least not for me. Would appreciate if some one could re-upload it because jelqing has been the one exercise that I struggle with. Any grip I try doesn't feel right and I've never recorded any length or girth gains from it, as a result I dont apply it to my routine (which consists of Stretches, PC exercise and edging). As i cant get the grip down im looking at getting a jelq enlarger device. All independent information/reviews from here and ************* seem to say it works well. You ever used one of these blulite?
Appreciate the video being posted in the first place though, cheers bro
