I was actually studying last night from a medicine book and they mentioned two official medical studies in which the American study got on average 4.8" bone pressed erected length, and a Brazilian study got 4.7". All studies vary, but it seems like average as a general rule is somewhere between 4.7 and 5.7 inches.
