  • Ideas for New Years Resolution

Let's forget the fact rarely do we succeed with NYR but this is what I hope to change

Quit smoking, work at least 6 hours a day, exercise, remove the people who are my crutches in my life, remove myself from those I provide the crutch, no porn , sell one property, buy two and retire from self employment to get a job working for someone else.

Just saw there is a thread. Mod please move mine to a post. Thank you

I need to lose 25 more #s, quit stressing about stupid things around me that I can't change, slow down some, learn that it's ok to say NO(I try to please everyone), just do something for myself. There's more, but that's a start.
Be a reflection of what you'd like to see in others.
If you want love, give love.
If you want honesty, give honesty.
If you want respect, give respect.
You get in return, what you give.

Well I started my "NY Resolution" early. Do everything as it comes. never waste a day.

With that, I want to be "Hawt" or at least somewhat hot, so for me, it's a change in lifestyle. I started early December. Allowing myself not to be perfect, and to forgive my foibles as they're not the end of my progress is a biggie. I normally get down on myself when I mess up which causes me to give up. Hopefully not giving up and changing the way I live in the process will help me out.

Other than that, there's nothing else really.

Iin one month (Actually 28 days) it'll be a year to date that I've been PE'ing, and we'll see where i stand on the ruler LOL!

Gain 5kg (10-11lbs) of muscle in 2 months, not a NYR by the way. It's just because I go back to uni in March, want to overload before I go to uni while I have more free time.

To treat others as I want to be treated which I try to do daily but I could do better. That does not include anyone on this forum. You guys are still fair game to me!

I guess I could add another... Learn to not be so angry at the world and distrusting of everyone in it, no matter how much they all deserve it. LOL!

Phil does that mean your going to become a hunter/gatherer? It's the best lifestyle for humans, but might be difficult in modern times.

                          Read:

Pandora's Seeds: the unintended consequences of agroculture

Catching Fire: how cooking made us human

                          Both are great books.
                          How did I get here?

Well I was looking for Pygmy.com (I gotta thing for small people, so what), and ended up here.
And I've been here ever since.

Quit making stupid decisions. We all make them sometimes but I seem to have made a habit of it.

                              Eat healthier

                              Quit stressing

Quiy giving a crap about what people think.
