What do you guys think is the best way to ensure that you are in top form for a weekend romp? Assuming it starts on Saturday
So, This week I have been doing kegels and PE as normal Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, then rest days on Thursday and Friday. Prolonged edging every day, but will do twice a day on Thursday and Friday, no ejaculation during the week.
Going for a quick jog every morning to get the blood flowing and the hormones pumping.
Reducing meat and coffee consumption for the week, and no cigarettes (I quit over a week ago)
That is what I have been doing this week in preparation for the weekend, I plan on having a "lock-in" with my girlfriend and want to make the most of it
I have a box of Viagra that my doctor prescribed because of my refractory issues (explained in my progress log), but I don't really want to use it. If I see that I'm unable to get a second erection and I have to use it I will, but I would like to try to do it naturally
So what would you guys recommend? Should I change anything?
