Yesterday me and my gf were messing around for majority of the day, we may have been a little too rough and now the dorsal vein in my penis has swollen up and i have no idea what i should do and i'm very scared is this normal? (it doesn't hurt at all )

Happens through over zealous PE a lot on here also. It will recover & you will be fine.
My personal approach is to take a low dose aspirin each day for a week, eat rasberries & wallnuts & obviously rest your penis from both sex and PE for a good few days.Vulcan

Thanks a ton. Will i lose any sensitivity in my penis though? I'm uncircumcised and the foreskin won't retract over the head right now since the vein is swollen also how long do you think this will take to compelelty heal and i can be back in action? Sorry for the bombardment of questions, just really nervous
