A longer stroke is moving the blood more evenly and expanding the cells for a longer period. It also reduces the risk of injury. With a longer (slower) stroke you have more time to adjust if something isn't right such as grip tension ect.......... Imagine doing a pushup. You assume the position.then you lunge down and right back up again fast........now go down slowly , pause and then come back up slowly......which works your muscles best and gives you the best workout?Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html
