I have no special recipes, but I can make a meal out of ANYTHING. You can't imagine how many times I've made something in garage, baked something on engine block etc... I can eat pretty much anything (had pica, still have it a little bit) and barely sense taste, so this helps a lot. But when making food for someone else, I pay attention to ingridients so that noone is poisoned and that food isn't too spicy. At worse, it's bland.
Start: BPEL: 17,5 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Current: BPEL: 19 cm | EG: ~15 cm
Goal: BPEL: 22-23 cm | EG: 17-18cm with big glans.

Goal is more of a look issue than a number issue. I prefer girth over length. And hopefully girls will to...

          Ok Cusp.

          Grilled Honey Garlic Wings
2-3 lbs chicken wings (I use drummettes the first part)
          1/2 t of cornstarch
5 tbs of honey (I use local honey)
          1/3 cup of soy sauce
          2 tbs fresh ground ginger
4 lg cloves of garlic minced
20 oz cup (you folks in NY might have to adjust for smaller portion)
          Ice
hard liquor (your choice it really doesn't matter)

Light grill or charcoal if using charcoal. While heating up.
Put ice in 20oz cup and put your choice of liquor in it and mix with whatever you wish or not.
Sip on beverage while grill is heating or charcoal is burning down.
Mix garlic honey soy sauce and ginger and let marry while wings are cooking
Cook wings for 25 min turning once.

If you need to refill cup with beverage do so
I use a disposable aluminum pan.
After wings are cooked for 25 min place them in disposable pan and pour sauce on top.
Put pan back on grill for 10-15 min

Refill cup with beverage again if needed.

After 10-15 min I take off heat and let sit for 5. Then I eat em

                Ragu with penne pasta

                1x bunch of spring onions
                1x stock of celery
                1x carrot
                1x red chilli
                5x cloves of garlic
1x 500g carton of passata or a tin of chopped tomato
                balsamic vinegar
                500g steak mince
                500g penne pasta
                Italian herbs
                olive oil
                Paprika

                1. Put the spring onions, carrot, celery, chilli and garlic into a food processor with a bit of oil and a splash of water and blast it til it's mush.

                2. Season the mince with salt and pepper and the herbs and mix together, then put that in a deep sided frying pan and brown it. (Before you put the mince in the frying pan add about 1 and a half teaspoons of paprika to the oil)

                3. When the mince is brown add in the vegetable mix and fry it off for a couple of minutes.

                4. Add 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and fry off.

                5. Add the passata or tinned tomatoes if you prefer and simmer. then season to taste.

                6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix it all together.

Okay here's a new twist on something you all may like. I made this over the weekend for the first time and it was great. Batter dipped corn on the cob. Okay so you make your own batter ( or you can use pancake batter or bisquick); dip the corn into the batter then roll it in crushed corn flakes. If you have a deep fryer put the corn in for about 2-3 minutes ( or until golden brown). If no deeep fryer is available heat oil in a deep skillet to 375 and place corn in skillet for 2 minutes each side. Try it! Anyone want fried mac and cheese?

I would have to leave her home or else she would eat hers, yours, and mine. She is a freak for corn on the cob! I can only imagine how much she would like yours.

I happen to make the best wings on the planet and if this thread goes a bit I'll tell you how to make them, although yours will never be as good as mine. What thing do you cook, what recipe, would you like to share wih all of us. Maybe we could come up with a PEGym cookbook. Come on post them and we'll see about mine later!
Captain Johnson and I had the most delicious conversation about food yesterday and what we like to cook. I thought of creating a thread to find out if we have any closet chefs out there and whether or not they would like to share their "famous dishes"...well, I see Cusp has already created one! Sooo....what do you are some of your favourite foods and recipes???

                            I'll start...

                            Bacon Stuffed Mushroom Caps

                            15 -20 large mushrooms
6-8 slices of bacon (you can use bacon bits in a pinch)
1/2 cup of shredded cheese (mozzerella or cheddar)
                            1-2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon of fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon of dried

                            1) Clean mushrooms and remove stems (but mince a few stems and add to stuff mixture) set aside

                            2) Dice bacon, add to a large skillet and cook until crisp.

                            3) Remove bacon to drain on paper towel to cool and add garlic to skillet; cook very briefly (do not burn!) Remove garlic and add to bowl.

                            4) Keep bacon fat in skillet but lower heat, add mushroom caps. Lightly brown one side then turn and brown other side. Remove and place on a baking sheet.

In a bowl, mix together, bacon bits, garlic, cheese, a few minced mushroom stems and parsley. Blend well. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Broil until cheese is bubbly.

Enjoy as an appetizer or as an add-on to your meal.
