Gas prices will start to go down in the next 4-5 weeks, will stay down for about 2 weeks, and then will go back up again. The middle east has nothing to do with oil in the US, no matter what politicians may think. Our oil comes from Canada.Originally posted by PEskeptic View Post
Oil speculation is what controls the gas prices. I watch Kitco prices all day and have seen the price of crude slowly dropping. When crude in the US starts dropping, that means one thing. Oil speculators are starting to sell off their stock of oil (that they never take possession of) and the market is soon to be flooded with oil, they'll collect their insurance payout, and then they'll buy the oil again and starve the market.Comment
