Does anyone knows how long should I out the extender on everyday, and what male cream enhancer that could permanently growth my penis? get back to me please especially with the lotion. my aim is to be 9 inches, I'm 5.

I agree with DemOne. Enlarging your penis takes time and everyone varies in the amount of time it takes.
