  • Does working out affect PE gains?

    Hi,

    Does working out decrease gains because the body has to heal affected muscle groups or do gains increase because the body is in overdrive doing repairs.?

    I suspect the latter because i took my workouts up to failure of whatever group i'm training from the past 5 days.Before i did this, i could do 30-40 reps of towel raises, 5 sets.That went upto 40-50.Today it was 60-70 reps , 6 sets.

    Wonder if the penis receives the HGH that is needed for muscle repair, which i think would otherwise not be produced?

    Thoughts?

    From what I've read its best to separate the two. I'll admit that since I started focusing on PE my gym attendance has gone down b/c of this. Do you do your PE and gym in the morning, or evening respectively?

    Its been a struggle for me but I am personally trying to keep them apart.

      I lift weights 5-6 days a week and do cardio 2-3 days a week so if it does that's bad news for me. But if I had to choose between the two I'd drop PE w/out hesitation and continue working on my physique. Don't want a shitty body and small dick, my hopes aren't high AT ALL for this PE stuff anyways so I couldn't care less rather I gained or not.

        It won't directly affect PE, but a healthy body certainly won't negatively affect PE Increased circulation, from exercise, will probably help with flaccid size and EQ.

          Well i don't hit the gym really, i just hit 20 mins of hard training with compound exercises and immediately have a cold water bath.No fixed time for this.Do PE at about midnight, followed by cold shower also.I also stretch throughout the day, like three or four times i'll do a routine to free up the body (10 min). every 4-6 hours.

          Padawan is right.Also the increased metabolism and circulation might help with drive, EQ and PC muscle recovery.

          Are there any doctors who can theorize/confirm this?

            What you say about kegeling may hold some truth because it is a skeletal muscle. As far actual expansion for your unit, i would only think you would get increased blood flow and better erections as previously mentioned. Either way, i would keep up with both pe and your physique. I am trying to do the same.

              Are the chemicals produced for muscle repair the same needed for erectile tissue repair? If so a generous helping of such chemicals might speed up gains.
