I am freaked right out, but I agreed to get a vasectomy. Can any one out, who has had a vasectomy, tell me what to expect? Does anyone who got snipped regret it? Or was it the best thing in the world? Also how long does after a V will it take before you can resume PE?

I got one 2 years ago. Its not that bad. an easy procedure. A little sore for a few days but that's it. I feel no different than before. Dont listen to the above, they are either young or very immature. it doesn't have any effect on erections or libido and im 42.So I have been at for a while and need to post results since I started.

Not that big of a deal. You go in and they give you a couple of shots, and then they do the procedure. Plan on taking it easy for 3-5 days. I would suggest if your on your feet at your job a lot, plan on the 5 days. I went back after 3 days worked 2 days, and then had to take the next 5 off because of pain and swelling. In the forward progress of society and feminism, masculinity (in my opinion) has failed to adapt. This has resulted in the figurative emasculation of many men. PE is not just about gaining size, it is also about gaining confidence, but most importantly embracing and learning healthy masculinity.

I wouldn't say it's unmanly. You still have your dick, and your nuts are still there too. And, if anybody has been with a woman for a long time and doesn't wear condoms anymore, going back to wearing them sucks. Plus, getting your woman off birth control would be awesome! Supposedly, she won't be as moody and her mood will be more consistent. So, I say do what you want. I wish I could divulge experience with this, but I have none. Also, like someone mentioned, maybe ask if she could get her tubes tied. See if she would be willing to do that.Starting(Nov. 5, 2012)
BPEL: 7 EG: 5.5
Now(June 2013)
BPEL: 7.5 EG: 5.75
Short-term goal(Jan 2014)

Long-term goal( Jan 2015)
BPEL: 8.5 EG: 6.5-7

No, it's literally one of the most emasculating things a man can do apart from physical castration.Originally posted by hsarge View PostThere is nothing unmanly about it. If you don't want children, it is the responsible thing to do.
I don't want and never will have children either, but that's why I make the girl take the pill or get her tubes tied.
I would never snip my balls off like that. That's just beta as fuck. Sorry.

I really surprised at the comments regarding this vasectomy. Unmanly, emasculating, castration ! Are you serious??? Vasectomy is the responsible thing to do if you don't want children. Birth control pills are not without consequences such as dangerous blood clots that can lead to pulmonary ebolism ,stroke and even death, esp if the women is a smoker and as she gets older. Tubal ligation is a much more invasion surgery than vasectomy, a longer recovery time and with more risk. Condoms don't always work. Besides once you have a vas you really don't have to worry and sex is more enjoyable.
I had one years ago. Had a little swelling and discomfort for a day or two, nothing more. You should be able to continue with PE in a few days when it's comfortable. Congrats you are doing the right thing.

So you think being in charge of your destiny is unmanly? Just wait until you screw some crazy chick, and she entraps you for 18+ years of slavery. If a woman gets pregnant it is the MAN'S FAULT, at least that is way our f'ed up society views it. Look some guys have their kids and do not ever want more kids. I have had my kids, and do not ever intend to have more. If you think that is unmanly cool. However you might want to reevaluate that after getting married and having kids.Originally posted by JuliusS View PostNo, it's literally one of the most emasculating things a man can do apart from physical castration.

Next, I cannot guess your education level as the things you are typing are quite immature. However, to be clear, they just cut the tubes that deliver sperm to the urethra, and nothing else. Your balls are still intact, fully functioning, and attached, just no way to get chicks

I think that any surgery that ends your fertility is a bad idea, whether it be male or female (vasectomy or tied tubes). If you are still at an age where a vasectomy is necessary ie. your woman is still fertile, it is not a good idea in my opinion to do such a thing. You don't know where you will be in 10 years or who you will be with. I always want the option to have more kids to be open, without having to do some kind of reversal surgery. Birth control is a great great AWESOME thing. My woman gets the shot every 3-4 months, with very little hormone fluctuation. Ive probably ejaculated a gallon total of semen in her, and we are still kid free!Start July 2012: 6.3 BPEL, 5.125 MSEG
