Also, billy is right. If you're looking for some quick hookups, just go to a bar at night man. It's not difficult. Other than that, you'll just have to literally get lucky to find someone out of the blue who just wants to fuck. A lot of people are looking for companionship, like billy said. You're right. It backs the point of women are attracted to assholes. Why? Because assholes are, usually, the ones with confidence in themselves. Big egos. Girls see that, and socially, want to turn it away. But, they're oh so wrong in their mind. Keep in mind that this doesn't include all women, some actually have self control and moralistic values (unlike the girls in my town). Women want what they can't have.

Funny you should mention "Man Diego" I lived my first 23 years in NorCal, specifically the Bay Area. The closest big city was San Jose aka MAN Jose lol and to tell you the truth I never had a hard time hooking up in downtown San Jose. It seems the dudes who complain about sausage fests are the lazy ones who go out in packs of dudes whos main objective is getting as fucked up as possible. I think it's kind of silly to worry about ratios. Tell me, with a better ratio out there in the east coast, are you swimming in pussy as soon as you step out the door? Or do you have to work for it like every other Joe Schmuck? You're going to have to work for it either way, may as well be in beautiful weather surrounded by women from all around the world. San Diego may be a bit of an exception though since it's probably one of the biggest Navy bases in the world but there are plenty of women who wont touch those dudes with a ten foot pole.
