  • Anyone with RLS?

For the past 6 years or so, I've been experiencing the symptoms of restless leg syndrome. And it pretty much sucks. It's hard to get a good night's sleep most of the time. I typically have to wait until I'm very tired before I go to bed, in hopes that I'll fall into a good sleep right away. Either way, it sucks.

In addition to the leg-specific symptoms, though, I frequently have a lot of twitching and overall discomfort in my penis. Basically, the same symptoms as in my legs but in my dick as well. This will often wake me up and make it very difficult to fall back asleep. I've found masturbation can have a helpful effect on it, though, but I don't really like feeling like I HAVE to masturbate just to be able to sleep! Plus, the more I have to masturbate for it, the masturbation is getting less effective. For example, anymore if I masturbate in anticipation of sleep, it can be helpful, but only if I masturbate RIGHT BEFORE I fall asleep, if I do it even a few minutes too soon, it basically doesn't help and sometimes I'll even have to masturbate again to get to sleep.

Anyone else around here suffer from RLS? Any insight into the penis and orgasm connection?

Well I dont suffer from RLS,but as an athlete I have a few things that may help. Try Cal Mag liquid from health food stores. The other thing I can recomend is using a baking roller on your calf muscles with light pressure no more than 15 mins a leg. If you get cramping in your feet or calfs it can be due to knots in the soles of your feet.Stretching your hamstrings as well can help a bit. I have this sort of thing going on only after workouts,so a cool down is something that needs to be done for late day activities before bed. Try a nice easy walk around a couple blocks and get some fresh air. Good luck, and feel free to PM me if there is anything I can dig up from the minds that be.

I find a hot shower and stretches help a lot to reduce RLS. Also flexeral and a jiont helps too. Lol stretching seems to have the best effect.
