        OK, I did'nt read the link but WTF...4 years for using a penis pump. Granted this guy is a judge and is held in a higher status than the average joe but are not the prison systems overfull as it is, without incarserating a guy for 4 years for pumping his dick. I'll read the article later.

            Here's the cliffsnotes version : He used the pump while presiding court and they found semen on his chair. I agree it's not worth 4 years in jail but he's got some serious sexual issues.
