Well, there really is no such thing. What happens it that the prostate controls the urinary and semen functions like a rely so when you are aroused it will switch to let out/holds semen or unaroused urine. It can get tempered with one loosing control in what state you are in (aroused or normal). It seems like an orgams but it is not. The prostate can get aroused because it is sensitive to the touch. There are cases where impotent men who can't get it up due to penile issues can stil ejaculate when an object stimulates the prostate via the anal cavity. It actually is a real full-blown orgasm. The prostate is located on one branch of the path of the pudendal nerve, from which the perineal, anal, inferior, scrotal, and dorsal nerves branch off. It's more about your muscles and how they play their role during orgasm. Notice how, as you become more aroused and approach orgasm, involuntary kegels start/increase. Yes, there is somewhat of a disconnect between the stimulator & the one being stimulated, and the getting familiar learning curve.
